We first approached Steve at Destiny over two years ago after having read Margaret Lomas' book "How to Create an Income for Life".

We had the aim of reducing debt and at the same time building a portfolio of positive cash flow properties. Steve showed us the system which included a detailed budget and how to go about accumulating properties without becoming a slave to the mortgage.

So far we have been delighted with the service and our debt/asset ratio has improved significantly. We are more than happy to recommend Destiny.
