At Destiny, it's our mission to help everyday investors make successful property investment a reality. We therefore applaud you for your fortitude and foresight and we'd like to reward you for it.

That's why we're pleased to invite you to be a part of the Destiny Property InveStar Competition. Destiny clients* who settle the purchase of an investment property (that is NOT owner occupied or vacant land) are eligible to enter the draw to WIN $2,500 in cash. Yes $2,500 in cash - to be used in whatever way you like.

So, if you're a Destiny client who has settled the purchase of an investment property (that is NOT owner occupied or vacant land) during the competition period and meet our terms and conditions, go to the Members Area of the Destiny website and complete the entry form. You could be very glad you did!

Terms and Conditions of entry

  1. The promoter is Destiny Financial Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 25 073 558 488) of 14/1 Bounty Close, Tuggerah NSW 2259.
  2. The competition commences on April 1st 2012 and closes on June 30th 2012.
  3. A prize of $2,500 in cash will be awarded. This amount will be paid by direct deposit to the winner's nominated bank account.
  4. To enter the competition you must be at least 18 years of age.
  5. Entry is free and is only open to Destiny clients acquiring investment properties within Australia.
  6. The competition is only open to Destiny clients who at the time of settlement of the property acquisition are on an Advantage Program, Premium Package Program, a Support Program (i.e. Advantage Program Additional Support, Property Action Team, Property Acquisition Support or Intensive Property Coaching), or are a Passive Product or Platinum client.
  7. Each qualifying Destiny client that settles the purchase of an investment property (that is NOT owner occupied or vacant land) during the competition period is eligible to go in the draw. Settlement date must occur during the competition period.
  8. For new newly constructed investment properties, the final progress payment must be made and the occupancy certificate must be issued during the competition period to qualify.
  9. Clients settling on properties via their Self Managed Super Fund are eligible to enter subject to compliance with all other terms and conditions.
  10. One entry is permitted for each separate (based on property titles) settled property acquisition. If a block of units, townhouses etc is acquired, one entry is allowed for each unit, townhouse etc that has a separate property title.
  11. Entries must be submitted using the online entry form in the Members Area of the Destiny website (www.destiny.com.au).
  12. Entries must be submitted using the online entry form by no later than 11:59pm AEST on June 30th 2012.
  13. All valid entries received will be confirmed by return e-mail prior to the draw.
  14. The competition will be drawn on July 10th 2012 at 12 noon.
  15. The winner will be drawn at random, by a representative of Destiny Financial Solutions who has been employed with Destiny for more than 3 years at the Destiny Head Office at 14/1 Bounty Close, Tuggerah NSW 2259.
  16. The draw will be supervised by an independent third party who is a Justice of the Peace and is not a Destiny client or employee.
  17. All entrants in the competition will be notified of the winner by e-mail within 7 days of the draw and the winner's name will be published in the News section of the Destiny website (www.destiny.com.au) on July 10th 2012.
  18. The winner will be notified by e-mail and telephone within 5 hours of the draw. The winner must provide a copy of the Title Deed or Lender's Settlement Letter for the property listed in their competition entry by October 10th 2012 as evidence that the property acquisition was settled during the competition period in order to claim the prize. In the event that the winner fails to provide the required documentation by October 10th 2012, a redraw will be completed on October 31st 2012 at 12 noon by a representative of Destiny Financial Solutions who has been employed with Destiny for more than 3 years, at the Destiny Head Office at 14/1 Bounty Close, Tuggerah NSW 2259.
  19. All entrants in the competition will be notified of the new winner that has been redrawn by e-mail within 7 days of the draw and the winner's name will be published in the News section of the Destiny website (www.destiny.com.au) on October 31st 2012.
  20. By entering this competition (whether you win or not), you agree that Destiny can promote you on our website, at Destiny seminars, in media releases or any other promotional activities undertaken by Destiny.
  21. Your personal details including name, address, contact numbers and email, will remain confidential at all times. Should we wish to use these confidential details for any reason we will contact you to seek permission prior to doing so. You may decline.
  22. Destiny franchise owners and Destiny Head Office staff are not eligible to enter the competition. Family members or relatives are only eligible to enter if they are Destiny clients, and have paid the full Destiny fees.
  23. Destiny branch employees and contractors are only eligible to enter if they are Destiny clients, and have paid the full Destiny fees.
  24. The permit numbers for this trade promotion are as follows; NSW LTPS/12/02427, ACT TP 12/01161. There is no permit required in QLD, WA, NT, SA, VIC or TAS.
