The Destiny Financial Solutions Perth branch is located just outside Perths main city centre in East Perth and was formed by the merging of Destiny Financial Solutions East Perth and Joondalup branches.

Peter Loughton is the branch Franchisee and Terry Quin-Conroy is the Branch Manager and primary broker.

Peter began his time in finance with RAMS in 1997 before obtaining a qualification and license as a Registered Migration Agent.

He has a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University and a Certificate IV in Financial Services. He is also an Authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant (1987) and Justice of the Peace (1990). Peter is the Property Consultant and Course Trainer with our clients.

Terry has been with the Perth branch since 2005 having originally commenced his finance career in the banking industry. Following more than 30 years in business he returned to finance as a broker and has successfully written and settled over 660 loans totaling $165m in investment properties for our Joondalup clients. Terry is very experienced in loan structuring and recognising the nuances that go with arranging finance for the purchase of investment properties or the purchase of a new residence for our clients. Terry has a Certificate IV in Financial Services.

In 2007 Terry was one of the first to be named a 'Flame' broker with St George and his reputation with all of the lenders is extremely high.

Both Terry and Peter have had many years of experience in purchasing investment properties and understand the associated pitfalls. Their combined skills and experience can assure clients a successful path in achieving their goals in building a successful investment property portfolio in the shortest time possible.
